This course will provide a foundation for thinking, researching and integrating healing-centered education into oneβs professional teaching philosophy and practice. It will be a space to meet others and build a robust community of people who want to build a world where we can all thrive and flourish.
ART & SCIENCE OF SLOWING DOWN
This learning experience aims to provide space to process the clip at which we live and work. Drawing on the Slow Work and Gentle Living movements, alongside the neuroscience of mindfulness & compassion, this interactive journey aims to enable us to practice shifting the pace of our lives.
