Pacing
The session is conducted via Zoom in one continuous 4-hour block. We’ll take short breaks as needed to maintain focus and flow. The experience is highly interactive, collaborative, and grounded in my approach to healing-centered leadership and strategic clarity.

This 4-hour virtual retreat is not just a Zoom call. It’s a strategic and spacious coaching session built around your current context, your work, and your goals. During our time together, we may:
- Clarify and refine your offering or project

- Create a launch plan or content roadmap

The format is custom to you. Some people bring questions. Others bring slides, outlines, or just a desire to think clearly. I meet you where you are.
Pre-Retreat Intake
Before the retreat, you’ll complete an in-take form to share what’s most alive in your work, where you’re seeking clarity, and what outcomes would feel most meaningful. Once submitted, we’ll get on a 60-minute prep call to review your responses, clarify priorities, and co-design the retreat experience. This ensures our time together is focused, intentional, and fully aligned with your needs.
Post-Retreat Support
Two months after the retreat, you’ll reconnect with Dr. Acosta for a 30-minute follow-up call. This is a space to reflect on your progress, ask key questions, and receive tailored guidance as you continue integrating and expanding on the work we did together. Think of it as a moment to recalibrate and realign with support.
Investment
The investment for this Four-Hour Virtual Retreat is $3,000. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a scheduling link and prep materials to make the most of our time together.
To reserve your spot, a $1,000 deposit is required. The remaining balance is due one week before the retreat date.
