19th November 2020 | 6pm-8:00pm EST
Join us for a facilitated breathwork session to process some of the grief and racial battle fatigue that come with navigating the multiple crises unfolding before us. We will briefly look at the 400 Years of Inequality timeline as a contemplative tool for deepening conversations about structural inequality and community resiliency. As an option, participants will be able to process and integrate the breathwork experience during small group and whole-group dialogue. The main goal of this session is to provide participants with a generative and restorative experience.
This particular session is for Black, Indeginous and People of Color only. Space for all will be held at a different time.
A ZOOM link will be sent before the gathering.
You can also find the link in the unique Online Event Page for this event within Eventbrite.
Please try not to share Zoom link. To limit Zoom booming, encourage others to register.

Anna Davila is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator trained under David Elliott and Erin Telford. She has worked in the medical field for over 10 years and found there was a missing link to achieving overall wellness in herself and the community she served. After going through an extensive personal spiritual journey, Breathwork found her. She began to dig into her own trauma and heal aspects of herself she didn’t know existed.
There was profound shift in her life; Anna knew her next level of service would be holding space for others to experience personal transformation using Breathwork. She has experience with many aspects of trauma including sexual abuse, and she holds a strong, grounded space for magic to unfold and alchemy to take place.
She is committed to serving others by assisting them in stepping into their power, connecting with their intuition and releasing what no longer serves them. She offers one-on-one session and monthly Breathwork Circles. It brings her so much joy to serve others in this capacity.
